NYC Parks Enforcement Patrol Rep to Talk Washington Square Park Artist Rules at CB2 Meeting Tonight 12/4

This month’s Community Board 2 Parks Committee meeting will finally address the issues that have been going on with the Washington Square Park artists and their removal from the Fountain Plaza: “Discussion with a NYC Department of Parks & Recreation Parks Enforcement Patrol representative about rules and enforcement in Washington Square Park.”
