A March for Palestine took place yesterday Labor Day Monday beginning at Union Square in the early afternoon. Thousands of protesters marched uptown reportedly heading towards the United Nations until turned back by police. Afterwards, the march headed back downtown arriving at Washington Square late afternoon.
